AI Processing & Data Safety

Some optional features of this tool can use artificial intelligence to help analyze table structures and generate helpful information for exported files. These features are completely optional and only run when a user chooses to enable them.

• Only a very small sample of the table is used for AI analysis.
• Specifically, the system may send up to the first three cells from each column of the detected table.
• This limited sample is sufficient for the AI to infer column meaning.

• Data is encrypted before transmission.
• All communication occurs over secure network connections.
• The transmitted sample is used only for generating the AI result.

• The service does not store uploaded table data.
• No table samples are written to databases, logs, or long-term storage.
• Data is processed temporarily and discarded immediately after the AI response is generated.

AI responses are generated through external artificial intelligence providers. Currently this may include services using GPT models from OpenAI.

To maintain service reliability and improve functionality, the underlying AI models or providers may change over time. When AI processing is used, the selected data sample may be processed by these third-party systems in order to generate results.
